There are a few important things we want you to keep in mind if you are returning merchandise to Coastal Hydraulics, Inc.
- Products must be unused, not installed, and in the original packaging to be returned.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date for consideration for a refund or exchange.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
- Returns must be authorized by Coastal Hydraulics.
- Returns will be inspected before any refund is approved.
- Returns will be processed as quickly as possible (allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of return)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded, except where shipping was incorrectly processed.
- A product replacement will be dependent upon product availability
If Your Product Appears to have been Damaged In-Transit
Before contacting us, please immediately call the carrier (UPS, USPS or other Freight Carrier) that delivered your package. Coastal Hydraulics cannot accept responsibility for products that were signed for in good condition.
Authorization to Ship an Item Back to Coastal Hydraulics
To return an item to Coastal Hydraulics, please call Coastal Hydraulics for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and RMA number. Return packages will not be accepted without authorization. Failure to properly pack and label the package per our instructions may result in delays in process your return. To request authorization, please call us at 603-474-1914, 8:30am-4:30pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
Refunds
Once your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate it immediately. Your refund will be processed based on your original payment method.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, we will contact you for your credit card information to process your payment. For security purposes, we do not store customer card payment information on our systems.
- If you paid by check, once your check has cleared the bank, we'll send you a refund check via mail.
- If you paid by cash, we will send a refund check in the mail immediately.
