Shipping: United States and International
We ship online orders across the United States using our chosen carrier, UPS. If you are outside the United States, and/or have a special carrier request, or you are placing a large order requiring a pallet, please telephone our Sales Department at 603-474-1914 to place your order and discuss shipping options and rates in person.

Delivery times may vary. During the checkout process you can select your preferred delivery time, including express and priority shipment times. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the package weight, destination and shipping method. An estimated delivery date will be provided at that time.

Shipments are billed at the time of order, except in the cases where an online shipment cost quote is not possible. Shipping costs for online orders are estimated. Sales will correct the shipping costs if necessary to the actual cost charged by the carrier once your order is packed.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Coastal Hydraulics, Inc. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes as Customs policies differ from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Acknowledgement
Upon placing an online order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with a summary of the items in your order.

Shipment Notification
Once your order ships we'll send you a shipped notification email, which will include the shipping carrier’s name and a tracking number, that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website.

In-Person Pickup
If you live close by or are visiting the Southern New Hampshire area, feel free to swing by our office in Seabrook, NH to pick up your order.

Shipping Shortages
If you receive an order and there is an item that is shown on the packing slip but not in the shipping box, that shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving that shipment to qualify for investigation.

Backorders
We do our best to avoid backorders. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and follow up when it is available.

Item Delivered Damaged
If any of your item(s) arrive damaged, please follow the steps below depending upon your experience:

  • If your item(s) appear to have obvious damage by the shipper, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive the package
  • If the package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged.  If the contents are damaged, you can refuse the package claiming damage.
  • If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 3 days to file the damage claim with the carrier.

Always remember to request the Damaged Package Control Number from the shipper and then contact us at 603-474-1914. Damage claims are handled by the specific shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), however, we will help you during your claims process as best we can.

Please see our Return Policy for more details.
